牛肉披萨
儿子说要吃披萨,而且还要肉多多的披萨,想到冰箱里还有一块牛排,就把它来做肉多多的披萨吧,保你吃的过瘾。

Steps to make 牛肉披萨

  • 1.牛排拍松,切小,放入盐,黑胡椒,孜然粉,淀粉搅拌均匀,腌20分钟左右
  • 2.主料中除黄油外放入面包机内揉成光滑面团,放入黄油继续揉至扩展阶段
  • 3.收圆放在面包机内发酵2-2.5倍大
  • 4.取出排气,醒发20分钟左右,面团擀至圆形,放入披萨盘内,用叉子在上面叉满小孔
  • 5.牛肉放入预热烤箱200度,烤10分钟左右
  • 6.将饼皮放入预热烤箱200°,烤7-8分钟左右
  • 7.然后取出,抹上披萨酱
  • 8.铺上三分之一奶酪丝
  • 9.铺上牛肉,再撒上三分之一奶酪丝,放入烤箱预热200℃,上下火,入烤箱烤15分钟即可
  • 10.还剩最后5分钟取出,放上红,绿甜椒,铺上剩余奶酪丝即融化即可
