日式大学芋
大学芋在日本一直都很受欢迎,不光颜色好看,而且很好吃。

   吃了这块想着那块,反正是吃上了就停不下来了。

   传说是大正时代,很受神田附近的大学生们欢迎就有了这个名字的来历。

   一根红薯给我们带来快乐和满足,只有亲自去做了之后才能体验到。

   国内学名叫拔丝红薯,但日本这里的大学芋没有国内的丝拔的那么长,而且不腻人。

   老公很喜欢吃,纤维食品,我也就经常搞点来俘虏老公的胃,时不时自己也解馋下。

  • 砂糖8大勺
  • 4大勺
  • 酱油2小勺
  • 2小勺

Steps to make 日式大学芋

  • 1.将红薯去皮洗净。
  • 2.切成适当的大小。
  • 3.然后用水冲洗。
  • 4.洗净后用厨房专用纸擦干净。
  • 5.然后在180度的油锅里炸7分钟即可。
  • 6.将炸好的红薯放到网上放凉并控干油。
  • 7.将水,砂糖,酱油,醋一起放到锅里小火加热。
  • 8.加热的过程中要不停的搅拌。
  • 9.直到颜色上至焦糖色,并且有黏性。
  • 10.将6的红薯加到锅里,快速翻炒全部都沾上焦糖马上停火。
  • 11.表面撒上适量的芝麻即可装盘。
  • 12.上一盘。
