Steps to make 口蘑烧肉丸

  • 1.主料;
  • 2.口蘑洗净切厚片;
  • 3.蒜薹切段;葱切段切末;姜切丝;
  • 4. 肉末中加少许葱末姜末,再加入鸡蛋清、适量盐、料酒、胡椒粉、淀粉拌匀搅拌上劲;
  • 5.肉末从虎口挤出;
  • 6.做成大小相当的丸子;
  • 7.把肉丸入油锅中炸至金黄,捞出沥油;
  • 8. 炒锅加油烧热,入葱姜爆香;
  • 9.下肉丸和口蘑稍炒一会儿;
  • 10.加点水,调入盐和生抽炒匀,加盖烧1分钟;(水不要加太多,口蘑本身也会出水)
  • 11.差不多收汁时加入蒜薹炒至断生;
  • 12.调入水淀粉勾薄芡即可。
