腊味红油豆腐
又是清理冰箱的扫尾菜, 朋友送的麻辣腊肠一直放进冰柜给遗忘了,昨天收拾冰柜看见了,赶紧拿出来蒸了,蒸出好多香喷喷的红油来,别浪费就做一道腊味红油豆腐吧。。。

    Steps to make 腊味红油豆腐

    • 1.腊肠放入盘中,上蒸锅蒸制30分钟。晾凉备用。因为这个腊肠是我早已蒸的,所有没有步骤图。
    • 2.豆腐切成薄片备用。
    • 3.蒸好的腊肠切成片。葱姜切碎。
    • 4.小火把锅烧热,放入腊肠片煸炒,【不要放油,腊肠出油】。
    • 5.加入葱姜碎。
    • 6.倒入蒸腊肠的汤汁。
    • 7.放入豆腐片,加一点糖,轻轻煸炒。
    • 8.加入一点清水,煮至豆腐熟透。
    • 9.汤汁浓缩,芶入水淀粉即可。
