    • 1.准备好所需要的原材料。

    • 3.肉丝用料酒和老抽腌渍十分钟,葱切碎。
    • 4.炒锅里倒入植物油,油热后将葱碎倒进去,肉丝滑散,炒至变色。

    • 6.辣白菜倒进去翻炒几下。
    • 7.将年糕倒进去翻炒。
    • 8.倒进去适量清水小火焖三四分钟至年糕变软。
