    Steps to make 自制咸鸭蛋

    • 1.准备泡菜坛一只,白酒适量,泡菜盐适量
    • 2.鲜鸭蛋30个,放入清水中逐个洗净
    • 3.将洗净的鲜鸭蛋晾干后备用
    • 4.烧制一锅开水,晾凉后将水倒入泡菜坛中,加入盐不断搅拌,盐要一点一点的加,之前可以多加些,之后要一点一点的加,直至盐水呈饱和状(无法再溶解盐)
    • 5.倒一小碗白酒,将晾干的鸭蛋放在白酒碗中滚一滚后放入泡菜坛中腌制
    • 6.大约浸泡25-30天即可取出
    • 7.将腌制好的鸭蛋放入锅中,加冷水煮开后转小火煮7-8分钟后捞出,浸泡在凉水中片刻
    • 8.咸香多油的自制咸鸭蛋就成功出炉啦!
