Steps to make 枣馍馍

  • 1.发面团一块,充分揉匀
  • 2.分成大小均匀的小剂子
  • 3.取一个小剂子揉成馒头状,然后再馒头的上面用食指和大拇指抠一个小洞,同样的方法在馒头的前后左右分别抠一小洞
  • 4.红枣浸泡洗净,插入馒头的小洞中,就变成枣馍馍了。
  • 5.做好的枣馍馍放温暖的地方饧好上锅蒸30分钟,焖五分钟即可
  • 6.蒸好的枣馍馍香甜可口。
