Steps to make 萝卜丝鲫鱼豆腐汤

  • 1.将鲫鱼去除内脏,清洗干净,白萝卜去皮切成丝,豆腐切成块备用。
  • 2.在鲫鱼的两面分别划三刀。
  • 3.锅中倒油,烧热,下入姜片。
  • 4.将鲫鱼放入锅中,双面都煎一下。
  • 5.倒入开水,大火加热30分钟。
  • 6.加入萝卜丝,中小火加热五六分钟。
  • 7.再加入豆腐块,继续加热五六分钟。
  • 8.出锅前加入少许盐调味。
  • 9.出锅装盘就可以吃了。
