泰式香料烤龙利鱼

  • 龙利鱼肉150克
  • 芦笋4~6根
  • 苦菊1小把
  • 西柚1/3个
  • 红葱头1个
  • 樱桃萝卜3个
  • 青柠檬2片
  • 小米椒1个
  • 橄榄油10毫升
  • 柠檬汁20毫升
  • 2克
  • 胡椒碎2克
  • 生姜5克
  • 红葱头1个
  • 姜黄粉5克
  • 鱼露20毫升
  • 椰子水30毫升

Steps to make 泰式香料烤龙利鱼

  • 1.主要材料备齐;
  • 2.先调腌鱼的腌汁,一小块生姜切末,小米椒略切,红葱头切丝;
  • 3.将略切的生姜、小米椒、红葱头加姜黄粉、柠檬汁、橄榄油、鱼露、椰子水放入料理机打碎,加适量盐和胡椒碎调味调好腌汁;
  • 4.将龙利鱼切成均等的两块,用腌汁泡上,包上保鲜膜腌制2个小时;
  • 5.腌好的龙利鱼取出,用油纸包好,放在烤盘上;
  • 6.烤箱预热到170度,把龙利鱼放在烤箱中层以上下火烤制30分钟;
  • 7.烤鱼的期间,将芦笋、苦菊、西柚、红葱头、樱桃萝卜用橄榄油、柠檬汁、盐和胡椒粉拌成果蔬沙拉;
  • 8.待鱼烤好后,在盘中放上适量的沙拉,放上一块烤鱼,将油纸割开,在烤好的龙利鱼表面摆上青柠檬片,在放些加了点酸奶的泰式甜辣酱即可。
