法风可丽饼

Steps to make 法风可丽饼

  • 1.面粉里加入盐,鸡蛋液和色拉油混合后倒入,用打蛋器轻轻搅拌
  • 2.一边将60g的水慢慢倒入,一边倒一边搅拌五分钟左右
  • 3.这时候的面粉比较粘稠,盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏
  • 4.这个时候可以处理内馅了,培根片切成小段
  • 5.蘑菇刷净表面去根切片
  • 6.奶酪也切成小片
  • 7.菠菜放热水里焯烫,先下根部烫再整个放入
  • 8.捞出切小段,加少量盐和胡椒粉用手拌匀
  • 9.锅里放5g 黄油加热,放蘑菇煎至两面金黄,撒少量盐和胡椒粉
  • 10.再放5g 黄油将菠菜放入速炒一下盛出
  • 11.锅里不用放油,放入培根片两面煎至出油
  • 12.拿出冷藏的面糊慢慢倒入100 ml的水,一边搅拌,提起打蛋器成流线状态
  • 13.锅里放黄油开小火、用厨房纸把黄油抹匀
  • 14.倒入一半的面糊,拿起锅转动,让面糊流满整个锅底
  • 15.等面糊凝固住,放上奶酪片和菠菜
  • 16.在中间打上一个鸡蛋
  • 17.再放上蘑菇片和培根片,撒少许盐和胡椒粉在鸡蛋上面
  • 18.盖上锅盖把蛋黄煎至半熟
  • 19.用锅铲把饼的四边都折上来
  • 20.装盘即成
