椰香抹茶红豆糕

  • 淀粉20g
  • 红豆100g
  • 鱼胶粉20g
  • 白糖30g

Steps to make 椰香抹茶红豆糕

  • 1.备好图中材料。
  • 2.抹茶粉和淀粉加入少许牛奶搅拌均匀备用。
  • 3.牛奶里加入冰糖煮化(家里没有白糖,用冰糖代替了)。
  • 4.鱼胶粉用热开水化开,搅拌至无颗粒。
  • 5.最后加入搅拌好的抹茶淀粉水,融化的鱼胶粉和红豆,一起搅拌均匀,小火不停搅拌至稍微粘稠即可。
  • 6.最后倒入容器中。
  • 7.用牙签把气泡弄掉,这样成品表面光滑。
  • 8.在表面撒入少许抹茶粉(可省略)。
  • 9.最后放入冰箱冷藏2小时,取出,按自己的喜好,切大小。
  • 10.最后,裹上椰丝,即可。
