脆肉虾饺
虾饺,是广东茶楼、酒家的传统美点。皮感柔韧,馅心鲜美可口,可惜我手艺差劲,虾饺外形太粗鲁了,但好吃就弥补了外表的不足了,心里美呀!:)

Steps to make 脆肉虾饺

  • 1.备材料
  • 2.把虾仁、茭白粒、猪肉未与调味料拌至粘稠,做成虾饺馅待用
  • 3.把生粉130克与澄粉混合好,冲入沸水
  • 4.把粉类搅拌成团
  • 5.把余下的20克生粉拌入熟面团中
  • 6.加入黄油
  • 7.揉成光滑的粉团
  • 8.把粉团搓成条状
  • 9.切成小份
  • 10.把分成小剂的粉团擀成面片
  • 11.放入适量的虾饺馅
  • 12.包成饺子状
  • 13.把做好的虾饺放在蒸锅内,大火蒸10分钟,取出即可食用
