秘制兰花板栗红烧肉

做来做去还是喜欢这款板栗红烧肉烧来的口味。李锦记秘制红烧汁的出现使得原本麻烦不已的红烧肉也变得异常简单。下面就是我用这款酱汁烹制的兰花栗香红烧肉。

  • 五花肉400克
  • 板栗1袋
  • 西兰花150克
  • 李锦记秘制红烧汁30克

Steps to make 秘制兰花板栗红烧肉

  • 1.先将五花肉切成2厘米长的正方形
  • 2.板栗一包
  • 3.西兰花切小朵
  • 4.锅内烧热油将切好的肉块放锅里进行炸制,将五花肉炸到色泽金黄即可捞出控油。
  • 5.锅内留少许油,爆响葱姜蒜片,加入红烧汁
  • 6.倒入控好油的五花肉和板栗再添入适量水进行大火烧开,用小火进行炖烧25分钟;
  • 7.等汤汁基本快要烧干,进行收汁挺火即可
  • 8.将烫好的西兰花围在盘边
  • 9.将烧好的红烧肉盛在兰花内即可!
