玫瑰杏仁面包
偶一开柜门,闻到玫瑰香,那香真是沁人肺腑,久久不愿离去。想起前阵子我曾做了玫瑰酱,何不来一道玫瑰面包呢!于是立马动手,打开冰箱,拿出玫瑰酱,又看到杏仁片,顺手抓了一些,撒在面包上,做个心形,浪漫的色彩,充满玫瑰香,夹杂着杏仁片的酥脆,真是无法停止的美味享受呢!

  • 白糖40g
  • 色拉油40g

Steps to make 玫瑰杏仁面包

  • 1.牛奶、鸡蛋等液体依次加入面包桶,糖加在一边角落,盐加在另一边角落,筛入高筋面粉,在面粉上面挖一个小洞,放上酵母后再盖上面粉
  • 2.启动两个和面程序,然后再启动发面程序发酵60分钟取出
  • 3.发酵好的面团取出排气揉匀,均匀的分成12个面团,盖上保鲜膜饧15分钟
  • 4.取一个面团,擀成长椭圆形
  • 5.取一个面团,擀成长椭圆形
  • 6.撒上玫瑰花酱
  • 7.卷起来,一侧在中间切开,另一侧保留,外翻做成心形
  • 8.码入烤盘
  • 9.放入烤箱二次发酵,45度40分钟
  • 10.发酵好的面团取出刷上蛋液
  • 11.烤箱预热,160度上下火烤20分钟
  • 12.OK!出炉。
