过年大鱼大肉过后青菜来洗刷一下肠道,来一道清爽凉拌菜,菠菜富含我们身体需要的营养价值,丰富的蛋白质对我们身体有益。

  • 花生米100克
  • 干辣椒6个
  • 白糖1勺
  • 陈醋2勺
  • 生抽1勺
  • 香油几滴

Steps to make 果仁拌菠菜

  • 1.花生米过油炸熟,油烧热转微火下花生米。
  • 2. 菠菜摘好洗净,大棵菠菜切断,如果是小棵菠菜直接整棵就可以。
  • 3.大蒜切末,干辣椒备好。
  • 4.水开把菠菜焯熟
  • 5.用手稍微挤干水份。
  • 6. 控干水的菠菜放盆子里,蒜末,果仁放进去。加白糖,醋,生抽,香油,盐拌匀。
  • 7. 锅内倒入适量油和辣椒小火烧热关火。
  • 8.浇在菠菜上拌匀即可。
  • 9. 开胃凉拌菜
