香甜陈皮白果汤
陈皮和白果都是我很喜欢吃的,尤其是腐竹薏米白果甜汤但是上海就买不到比较厚的腐竹所以只好回老家才吃了,而陈皮就是老公很喜欢的每次煲红豆沙他一点要放陈皮不然他就不喝了,加了陈皮的红豆沙味道很清香。这两道甜品我们都会当做日常的甜品来吃。

陈皮用于胸腹胀满等症。橘皮辛散通温,气味芳香,长于理气,能入脾肺,故既能行散肺气壅遏 ,又能行气宽中。用于湿阻中焦、脘腹痞胀、便溏泄泻,以及痰多咳嗽等症橘皮苦温燥湿而能行气。

白果是营养丰富的高级滋补品,含有粗蛋白、粗脂肪、还原糖、核蛋白、矿物质、粗纤维及多种维生素等成份。其效果还能延缓老年人大脑衰老、增强记忆能力。

  • 红枣6颗
  • 陈年老陈皮1/4块
  • 白果15颗
  • 莲子15颗
  • 1.5升
  • 桂圆15颗

Steps to make 香甜陈皮白果汤

  • 1.将材料洗净备用。
  • 2.莲子放入水中泡软后把莲心取出。
  • 3.白果用小刀在中间划开,把里面的芯也要取出不然会有苦味。
  • 4.将材料放入锅中,除了莲子和白果。
  • 5.放入水大火烧开后转小火烧2个小时。
  • 6.当中烧了一个小时后把莲子和白果都放入继续烧。
  • 7.2小时后就放入适量的冰糖就可以了。
  • 8.成品图。
