拔丝苹果
焦糖绿色是因为有色素,做苹果姜饼人的时候剩下的。弄苹果的时候水没有沥干,下锅煮的时间稍久了,不过爽脆,大家值得注意了,反正焦糖容易让人焦头烂额,这次有点手忙脚乱,下次一定会做的更好。

  • 8.苹果倒入糖浆里面炒一下
  • 9.直至水干,焦糖就可以了
