洋葱爆肥肠
肥肠这个食材,对好多人来说,真是又爱又恨,不用说了,大家都懂的,嘿嘿。算一算时间,我家也有N久没吃过了,偶尔吃一次也不会长胖太多吧,偷偷安慰下自己先。大家知道最多的用肥肠做的菜,应该是肥肠火锅了,确实好吃哈,但个人感觉油总是太重。这次我把肥肠用洋葱与蒜苗干辣椒来爆炒,洋葱特有的刺激性香味中和了肥肠的腥味,加上辣味的点缀,味道好极了,自家做的也少油,看上去还有那么一点小清新的感觉,哈哈哈。

Steps to make 洋葱爆肥肠

  • 1.食材洗净,洋葱半个切开如图,蒜苗切段,干辣椒少许
  • 2.少许姜丝与花椒
  • 3.熟的肥肠切小段
  • 4.锅内淋少许油,待热后倒肥肠下去煸炒至出油
  • 5.接着下干辣椒,花椒,姜丝在底油里爆出香味
  • 6.把肥肠与调味食材充分炒匀,途中加少许盐与生抽调味
  • 7.然后下蒜苗与洋葱,大火快炒
  • 8.待洋葱稍软时即可关火起锅
