【泡菜2】泡菜年糕

Steps to make 【泡菜2】泡菜年糕

  • 1.准备好图片上的材料。
  • 2.将香葱,胡萝卜各切细丝备用。
  • 3.火腿肠切条,泡菜稍稍切小块点。
  • 4.年糕用开水烫软后,用凉水冲洗下。(避免粘连)
  • 5.锅内倒少许油,把胡萝卜丝煸炒下出锅。(容易被人体吸收)
  • 6.把沥干水分的年糕放入翻炒会。
  • 7.再把火腿肠放入继续翻炒。
  • 8.翻炒均匀后,再把泡菜放入翻炒。
  • 9.倒入料酒1茶勺,盖上锅盖,小火2分钟,
  • 10.最后把煸好的胡萝卜丝倒入,撒点鸡精,葱花,炒匀出锅。(泡菜有点咸,所以在炒至过程中不需要再加盐了)
  • 11.苽苽版的泡菜年糕就做好了,香啊:
