  • 玉米油半锅
  • 生抽5ml
  • 胡椒粉2克
  • 小半碗
  • 4克
  • 3克
  • 2瓣

Steps to make 溜肉段

  • 1.猪肉切1厘米方块,用胡椒粉,少许盐抓匀腌制20分钟
  • 2.肉腌制好,放入淀粉水中抓匀,淀粉水:50克淀粉兑50克左右的水,不要太稀,肉表面也是有水分的
  • 3.倒入玉米油于锅中,尽量能所有肉的放进去还有余量,烧热,要等油温很高
  • 4.逐个肉块放入炸制
  • 5.待肉块全部飘起,炸制定型变黄,捞出,锅中留底油
  • 6.炸好的肉块
  • 7.调好酱汁:葱姜蒜盐生抽少许淀粉加水
  • 8.开火,放入酱汁和肉块快速翻炒均匀,即可出锅
  • 9.装盘
  • 10.近照,流口水了吧
