黄桃罐头
夏末秋初是吃黄桃的季节,就买了些黄桃,但是黄桃生吃的口感确实不怎么好,所以就做了些黄桃罐头。天气开始转凉,对于脾胃虚的孩子,水果经过加热后吃,会更容易消化,无论是苹果呀、梨呀、橙子呀,都可以加热后再食用,避免引起秋季腹泻。做好后的黄桃罐头搭配早餐也是不错的选择,这可是无论国内还是国外五星酒店早餐的标配啊。重点是口感不错,孩子喜欢而且做法超级简单,自己做的也不添加任何防腐剂,特别适合给孩子吃。这也是我的最爱,希望你们会喜欢。

Steps to make 黄桃罐头

  • 1.硬黄桃5个、冰糖适量;
  • 2.黄桃用刀子从中间沿着核切开(这个过程比较费劲,对臂力很考验),去掉桃核;
  • 3.用刮皮刀去掉桃皮;
  • 4.将黄桃切成牙状,我切的小,因为我的容器偏小,也可以不切,半个直接煮,个人觉得月牙状最合适;
  • 5.锅里加水烧开后,放入切好的黄桃,大火烧开后放入冰糖,转小火熬40分钟;
  • 6.熬制的同时,将容器放入蒸锅蒸15分钟,进行高温消毒;
  • 7.熬好后的黄桃直接趁热装入瓶中,密封,这样可以保存的久些,至少可以3个月。
