酸奶餐包(一次发酵法)

  • 高粉400克
  • 酸奶100克
  • 鸡蛋液45克
  • 淡奶油40克
  • 牛奶60克
  • 4克
  • 50克
  • 酵母粉5克
  • 黄油30克

Steps to make 酸奶餐包(一次发酵法)

  • 1.把除黄油外的所有原料放入面包机中。(注意,酸奶粘稠度与面粉吸收量都不同,所以要灵活掌握。我做时比原方多加了10克的牛奶。)
  • 2.搅拌20分钟后加入黄油,再搅拌20分钟。
  • 3.取出。
  • 4.按压排气后等分成16份,滚圆后直接放入烤箱内。(所用烤盘是28*28cm烤盘)
  • 5.放温暖湿润处发酵至1.5-2倍大,注意不要发酵过度哦。取出后刷上一层蛋液,表面轻轻放上杏仁片。
  • 6.烤箱预热,175度20分钟左右。(温度根据自家烤箱调节)
