  • 1.鸡蛋黄两打入碗中。
  • 2.加入淀粉,白砂糖。
  • 3.倒入牛奶,用蛋抽搅匀。
  • 4.放入奶锅中煮。
  • 5.芝士准备好。
  • 6.放入奶中一起煮。
  • 7.一定要边煮边搅,才不会糊锅。
  • 8.煮至浓稠状倒入碗中,晾凉,自然成型。
  • 9.倒出切块。
  • 10.鸡蛋1个打散。
  • 11.用刷子在奶糕上刷上蛋液,入空气炸锅130度11分钟,出锅趁热吃,可香呢!
  • 12.又香又美味的牛奶糕出锅了,小朋友们和大人都争着吃。
