Steps to make 萝卜丝汆丸子

  • 1.选择偏瘦的猪肉馅,加入食盐、鸡精、料酒、生抽、姜末,拌匀。
  • 2.一点点加入水淀粉,顺着一个方向搅拌,使肉馅上劲。
  • 3.将白萝卜切细丝。
  • 4.煮锅水开后,将萝卜丝放入焯烫一下,迅速捞出过凉。
  • 5.煮锅内水热(放高汤味道更好),放入鸡汤块,开始挤入丸子,手取少许肉馅,从虎口处挤出,用小勺挖下,放入汤中。
  • 6.肉丸子浮起后,说明已经熟了。
  • 7.放入焯好的萝卜丝,调味放入食盐、香油,吃的时候撒上小香葱提味。
