萝卜羊肉汤

Steps to make 萝卜羊肉汤

  • 1.食材准备
  • 2.白萝卜去皮洗净,切滚刀块
  • 3.羊排洗净,斩成块
  • 4.锅中放入适量水,将羊排放入锅中
  • 5.倒入1汤匙料酒
  • 6.开火烧开
  • 7.水开后,继续将羊排焯水两三分钟后捞出
  • 8.羊排焯水后捞出,过冷水冲洗干净附着的泡沫,沥干
  • 9.锅烧热倒入适量油
  • 10.放入姜片微微爆香
  • 11.将羊排倒入锅中翻炒
  • 12.倒入1汤匙料酒,继续慢慢炒至羊排水分变干后盛出(这一步是为了更好地去除羊肉的臊味)
  • 13.高压锅中放水,烧开
  • 14.炒好的羊排倒入烧开的高压锅中,继续大火烧开,撇去浮沫
  • 15.红枣洗净,党参洗净切段,倒入高压锅中
  • 16.倒入白萝卜
  • 17.盖好高压锅的锅盖,大火烧开后转中火,高压锅上汽后继续煮15分钟左右即可关火(关火后不要急着去打开锅盖,让其自己慢慢放完气后再开盖)
  • 18.出锅前加少许盐调味即可
