肉松餐包
唛每次都把自家熬过瘦肉汤的肉片做成肉松,然后歪歪一些自己爱吃的食物,当然最爱玩的就是烤箱的成品,这道肉松餐包和面团是直接法,及所有材料一起和成团,发酵。。。
小小的餐包出炉,包裹着自制的香酥肉松,每一口都是最满足幸福的事情。。。

Details of ingredients

  • 面粉200
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 黑胡椒粉一茶匙
  • 10g
  • 一小撮
  • 植物油10g
  • 酵母2.5g
  • 肉松100g
  • 沙拉酱20g

Steps to make 肉松餐包

  • 1.主料和成面团,液体不够可适量加水合成面团。
  • 2.面团温暖发酵变大两倍。
  • 3.发酵好的面团充分排气分等量小团松弛15分钟左右,掂量一下质量轻弹。
  • 4.自制肉松拌入沙拉酱,分成等量小团肉松,我刚好以面团6个分,每个20克左右。
  • 5.面团裹入肉松。
  • 6.做好的肉松餐包生胚再次松弛至轻弹。
  • 7.送入预热好的烤箱170度,中层20分钟左右(仅供参考)。
