    Steps to make 家常葱油饼

    • 1.材料图。
    • 2.将开水倒入面粉中,边倒边搅拌。
    • 3.稍凉后用手团成面团。刚开始揉的时候面团不是很滋润,不用担心,静置一会再揉就很光滑了。
    • 4.大葱切碎,加盐,香油拌均匀。
    • 5.饧好的面团揉均匀擀成大片,将拌好的葱油均匀的铺上。
    • 6.卷成卷后用刀在上面划开。
    • 7.从一头卷起。
    • 8.用擀面棍慢慢的压成饼。
    • 9.轻轻放入加了油的锅中。
    • 10.平底锅倒油烧热,将饼胚移至锅中,小火慢慢加热。
    • 11.一面定型后翻面。最后将饼子抖散出锅即可。
