  • 1.准备好所有材料。
  • 2.黑米提前浸泡2小时以上,加入细砂糖。
  • 3.加水没过黑米3厘米,电饭锅按下煮饭键,煮至按键跳起后待三分钟后重按一下,再跳起后黑米饭煮好。
  • 4.黑米饭凉后,用手蘸点水,搓成圆球。
  • 5.冰激凌和椰浆,牛奶混合,用搅拌机打出现泡沫。
  • 6.轻轻倒入甜品碗里,并将泡沫轻铺在表面。
  • 7.芒果对剖切成两片,连皮切出网状纹路,轻轻一掰呈现菠萝形花纹。
  • 8.将芒果摆在碗中即可。
