Steps to make 红萝卜豆腐滋卷

  • 1.取适量面粉加入温水和成软硬适中的面团,醒三十分钟。
  • 2.豆腐,红萝卜,白菜和葱洗净控水,粉条烫软备用。
  • 3.豆腐切碎,平底锅入油烧热卷豆腐煎至上色。
  • 4.红萝卜切碎,白菜切碎去水,葱和粉条一起切碎放入碗中,加入五香粉,姜粉用热油淋入激出香味儿。
  • 5.加蚝油,香油,盐搅拌均匀。
  • 6.调好的馅儿备用。
  • 7.醒好的面多揉几遍擀开。
  • 8.铺均匀红萝卜豆腐馅,从一侧卷起,也可从中间大十字刀向外卷,两种卷法哦。
  • 9.蒸锅入水煮沸,滋卷切大段放入笼屉。
  • 10.放入蒸锅上汽后蒸二十分钟。
  • 11.时间到后关火需蒸两分钟再出锅。
  • 12.微微凉一凉改刀装盘。
