    • 1.准备材料:白莲藕、姜、青椒、泡椒、白醋
    • 2.莲藕去皮可看出白莲藕真面目:白、脆
    • 3.将去皮的莲藕切成小丁
    • 4.鲜青椒切成象眼块,姜切菱形片
    • 5.锅烧开水,将藕丁焯水至断生
    • 6.焯水后的藕丁过冷水,保证其脆爽
    • 7.取一保鲜盒将泡椒水和泡椒倒入盒内,稍加些白醋、白糖、味精拌均,放入焯水的藕丁、青椒和姜片(泡椒切开可有效泡出辣味)
    • 8.加盖如冰箱冷藏24小时就可以吃了,脆爽可口
