蜂蜜牛奶面包

  • 高筋面粉250克
  • 鸡蛋35克
  • 蜂蜜15克
  • 葡萄干100克
  • 牛奶140克
  • 20克
  • 酵母4克
  • 黄油25克

Steps to make 蜂蜜牛奶面包

  • 1. 称量好食材。把除了黄油、葡萄干以外的所有材料放进面包机揉成团,出粗膜后,再放入软化的黄油,大约揉30分钟,发酵至2倍大。
  • 2.排气后分成8等份。
  • 3.取其中一份,擀成牛舌状。
  • 4.撒上适量葡萄干。
  • 5.向一边折起。
  • 6.再从一端向另一端卷起。
  • 7.卷成一个这样的卷。
  • 8.依次做好8个卷。放进8寸披散盘(事先在盘底抹一层油),放至温暖湿润处再次发酵。
  • 9.取适量蜂蜜,调入少许水,不要太稀,给面包胚上均匀刷一层蜂蜜水。烤箱160度预热,大约烤25-30分钟即可。前20分钟上层放一烤盘,后10分钟撤去烤盘,且面包表面再刷适量蜂蜜水,继续烤10分钟即可。
