Steps to make 红豆沙双皮奶

  • 1.常温奶在奶锅中用小火加热,将要沸腾时熄火。将牛奶倒入2个碗中静置,直到牛奶表面结出奶皮。
  • 2.将奶皮用竹签轻轻挑一角,把牛奶缓缓倒出,在碗底中央留下一层奶皮。
  • 3.鸡蛋去黄取清,将蛋清搅散与糖、牛奶混合。
  • 4.用纱布滤去表面泡沫,重新倒回留有奶皮的碗中。
  • 5.将碗口用保鲜膜包好,入蒸锅隔水蒸10分钟左右,放凉入冰箱冷藏片刻,加红豆沙食用。
  • 6.最后成品就出炉了
