柠檬烤鱼
海鲈鱼大部分的时候会做清蒸,换个口味吃也未尝不可,搭配柠檬烤鱼,味道更加清淡一些。

  • 小胡萝卜一个
  • 洋葱小半个
  • 小柠檬2个
  • 无味植物油一汤匙
  • 酱油二汤匙
  • 一小块
  • 3瓣
  • 香菜少许

Steps to make 柠檬烤鱼

  • 1.准备的食材;
  • 2.海鲈鱼去鳞去肠洗净,鱼身上横切2刀,抹少许的盐腌渍入味,放入铺有锡纸和油纸的烤盘中;
  • 3.胡萝卜、洋葱洗净,切小块,姜、蒜切末,香菜撕段,放入适量的黑胡椒碎,放入适量的盐;
  • 4.放入植物油;搅拌均匀待用;
  • 5.把蔬菜均匀的堆在鱼身上;
  • 6.用油纸包起,再用锡纸包起;
  • 7.放入已预热到位的烤箱中下层;用上下烤,温度均为230度,时间25分钟;
  • 8.到时取出烤盘;
  • 9.打开锡纸和油纸;小心托起鱼,放入盘中即可;
