烤鸡翅是孩子们很爱的食物,有一天儿子在微博里搜罗到“香喷喷的小烤鸡”做的鸡翅包饭,引起了儿子很大的兴趣,同时也引起了我的兴趣,终于下手做了尝试!味道果然很棒,烤鸡翅的味道本来就很棒,里面的米饭又吸收了鸡肉的肉汁,味道美极了!一家人都很爱吃!细想想,有些普通的东西稍稍改变就是一道很棒的美食!!!

Steps to make 鸡翅包饭

  • 1.用剪刀把鸡翅里面的骨头去掉,翅尖部分不用去骨
  • 2.六个鸡翅去骨后加入cook100奥尔良味烤肉料和香草
  • 3.搅拌均匀放入冰箱腌制数小时入味!最好前一天腌制,第二天做!做之前从冰箱拿出回温,以免装米饭时冰手!
  • 4.少许芹菜碎,胡萝卜碎,香肠碎!
  • 5.锅内少许底油,杂蔬碎香肠碎下锅,翻炒!
  • 6.下入米饭,翻炒均匀加入少许盐调味!淡淡的咸味即可,因为鸡翅本身有一定的咸味了!
  • 7.我是盛出一半的米饭拌入了老干妈辣酱,根据自己喜欢也可以放别的口味的酱,如果放别的酱,一定要注意咸淡味!
  • 8.准备一个这样的漏斗,用纯净水的瓶子剪去下半部分就可以了
  • 9.把漏斗插入去骨的鸡翅里
  • 10.装入炒饭,用几根筷子往下捅!炒饭就进入了鸡翅的里面
  • 11.一个鸡翅就装好了
  • 12.烤箱提前预热,上下火200度,中层,把盆中剩余的奥尔良腌料用刷子涂在鸡翅表面,味道更加浓郁。装好所有的鸡翅,准备入烤箱,200度,25分钟左右!根据自家烤箱的脾气进行温度调整!
  • 13.出炉了
  • 14.切成段吃起来方便
  • 15.喜欢大口吃肉的,就可以直接拿着整个鸡翅吃,更过瘾!!!
