千层荞麦可丽饼
可丽饼应该都非常熟悉,班戟的皮就是可丽饼;用荞麦粉做可丽饼,同样做成甜品,用柠檬酱代替奶油,没有油腻的感觉,带给你的却是酸酸甜甜的口感,还可以浇上巧克力酱或果酱,作为下午茶的甜点非常棒。

  • 中筋面粉150克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 橄榄油15ml
  • 1克
  • 清水500ml
  • 柠檬酱150克

Steps to make 千层荞麦可丽饼

  • 1.准备荞麦粉和面粉;
  • 2.荞麦粉的颜色比面粉深,2种面粉放入盆里,放入盐;
  • 3.倒入一个打散的鸡蛋;
  • 4.放入橄榄油,用手抽搅拌;
  • 5.一点一点的加水250ml,将面粉搅拌成粘稠的面团;
  • 6.盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏一晚;
  • 7.第二天早晨拿出面团;
  • 8.逐步加入250ml的水,加一次水,用手抽搅拌均匀再加下一次;
  • 9.全部加完水后,面团变成稀稀的面糊;
  • 10.平底锅抹少许的油;在配方之外的用量,非常少;
  • 11.放入一勺面糊,转动锅子让面糊流向四周,小火加热;勺子是电饭锅自带的;
  • 12.待其全部凝固后,可翻面;
  • 13.稍等片刻,即可取出;所有的皮依次全部做完;这些面糊共做出20张可丽饼;
  • 14.取一张可丽饼,抹上一层柠檬酱;
  • 15.再盖上一张可丽饼,再抹一层柠檬酱,依次做完,共用15张可丽饼;
  • 16.全部做好后,用利刀切成自己想要的大小,我切了二刀;
  • 17.吃的时候,可浇上巧克力酱、果酱的汤汁,我用的果酱是整粒果酱,果肉和汤汁是分开的;配一杯咖啡,甜蜜的下午茶开始哦。
