【蓑衣黄瓜】祥解蓑衣刀法
  前些天发了一个农家烧茄子,那茄子切的蓑衣刀,有些朋友没有看明白,这一次切黄瓜的时候,把图拍细了,应该可以看明白了。
  天气一天天的热起来了,凉菜吃的多了,黄瓜用这个刀法切,拌上汁水,真心的好吃。

    Steps to make 蓑衣黄瓜

    • 1.  材料图。
    • 2.黄瓜洗好去掉两头,两边各放一根筷子。让刀和黄瓜呈“十”字形下刀,切出均匀的连刀。
    • 3.一面切好后将黄瓜翻转过去,切好的一面向下,连刀的部分向上。
    • 4.转一下刀,让刀和黄瓜之间的夹角变成45度135度,依然垂直下刀,切出均匀的连刀。
    • 5.切好的黄瓜。
    • 6.轻提可以提起来的。
    • 7.  将切好的黄瓜放在大碗中,加盐抓均匀,腌出水后,加纯净水泡洗一下。
    • 8.将黄瓜捞出,挤去多余的水份,放在碗中。
    • 9.配料切碎。
    • 10.起锅加油,将部分蒜碎和葱碎下锅炸香。
    • 11.另一部分配料纳小碗,加生抽盐醋和糖拌均匀,
    • 12.炸好的葱油拌进去,浇在黄瓜上即可。
