柴鸡炖蘑菇
柴鸡的营养价值真的是比菜鸡高,光看见鸡肉上面漂的那层黄黄的油就知道了。这个大公鸡是回老家弟媳妇给拿的,自己家散养了一年呢,个头可真大,还挺肥,半只鸡就炖了满满一大锅!要说这柴鸡炖蘑菇的味道真不是虚的,特别是那个鸡汤泡饭,太香了,没法形容了,只有真正吃过农家散养鸡的才能体会这个味道,超市里卖的柴鸡根本比不了!
有家人惦记是最幸福的,每年回内蒙老家都会满满一车回来,牛羊肉、各种野味够吃大半年的。老爸特别细心,看小宝瘦,特意把家里最大的老母鸡宰了,还都剁成了小块分装成小袋,爸说:每次给孩子炖一小袋,喝汤吃肉,准保身体棒棒滴!

Steps to make 柴鸡炖蘑菇

  • 1.冷冻的鸡一只,解冻
  • 2. 取一半剁成块,冷水浸泡,泡去血水,中途换一次水
  • 3.洗净后捞出鸡肉控净水
  • 4.热锅热油,放入葱姜、大料爆香,加入少许酱油爆出香味
  • 5.放入鸡肉块大火翻炒,炒到鸡肉变色
  • 6.加入和食材齐平的水,大火烧开
  • 7.加入泡好洗净的蘑菇,盖盖中火炖
  • 8.鸡肉有点脱骨时加入适量盐
  • 9.鸡肉软烂时放入蒜末,开大火翻拌几下,激出蒜香,即可关火
  • 10.炖好的柴鸡炖蘑菇,出锅时上边再撒些香菜提味,汤更香浓!
