花篮面包

  • 高粉250g
  • 白糖35g
  • 炼乳30g
  • 牛奶140g
  • 酵母3g
  • 2g
  • 无盐黄油20至25g

Steps to make 花篮面包

  • 1.除黄油和盐所有原料放入面包机搅拌。
  • 2.一个程序后加入黄油和盐继续搅拌(用的后盐后油法)
  • 3.搅拌好的面团切一小块能拉出不易破的薄膜,整理好面团二次发酵。
  • 4.发酵好的面团手指沾粉戳洞不回缩不塌陷即可。
  • 5.挤压法排气分割松弛,一定要松弛不然后面擀不长(我这是做面包留下一些练习)
  • 6.取一面团擀成长的薄片,并切成长条(根据模具有几根长条尽量长点)
  • 7.蛋糕模具包锡纸后,把切好的长条编成交错的网格(我留的面团少了所以间隔大,可以多点切些长条)
  • 8.再用六根长条编成2个辫子(尽量长些,一个是花篮的边一个是提手)
  • 9.全部做好如图,盖上保鲜袋二次发酵(拎手放在模具外面)
  • 10.烤箱提前预热,中层175℃20分钟(时间温度仅供参考)看上色后加盖锡纸。
  • 11.用牙签把花篮的提手固定就OK了。
