最近公司老招不到人,所以肥羊我忙的快疯掉了,拍了照片也没空上传。
今天一上来就看到有美食大赛,希望大家多多支持我呀!

Steps to make 香鲜基围虾

  • 1.基围虾买回来后洗干净,用盐腌15分钟。
  • 2.蒜头去衣,剁成蒜沫。
  • 3.锅中下适量油,将蒜沫爆香。
  • 4.将腌好的虾倒入锅中,加糖,大火翻炒。
  • 5.炒至虾变红,绕锅边一圈倒入米酒,继续翻炒
  • 6.等水分炒干,虾味四溢就可以装盘了。
