  • 1.这是潮州咸菜
  • 2.干鱿鱼提前两小时左右泡发好,完全柔软后撕掉背部的皮和硬骨,改花刀后切小段
  • 3.炒锅烧热,放入适量油,把姜片爆香
  • 4.放入鱿鱼翻炒卷曲
  • 5.放入咸菜翻炒均匀后加入蚝油和小半碗清水,焖煮3分钟
  • 6.最后放入香菜翻炒均匀即可
  • 7.成品
