    Steps to make 冰糖葫芦

    • 1.材料:草莓、番茄、猕猴桃、冰糖、竹签
    • 2.草莓、小番茄放入淡盐水中浸泡10分钟,去蒂清洗干净。
    • 3.将处理好的草莓、番茄、猕猴桃用竹签串起。
    • 4.可随意搭配喜欢的水果,串好控干水分。
    • 5.锅置火上倒入冰糖。(我用了200克)
    • 6.加入开水,刚好没过冰糖即可,不停的搅拌直至冰糖全部融化。
    • 7.转小火熬制,注意不要再搅拌糖浆。
    • 8.糖浆煮至微黄、黏稠时可用筷子提点浆,放在凉水中检验糖浆是否凝固,或尝一下是否粘牙。
    • 9.糖浆熬好后,迅速将水果串放入锅内裹上糖浆。
    • 10.将裹好糖浆的水果串放在抹过水的平面上,冷却后即可取食。
