日式蔬菜饭团
今天来做一个非常简单的日式饭团。

  • 米饭一碗半
  • 香油一小勺
  • 黑胡椒一小勺
  • 番茄酱4大勺
  • 一小勺
  • 火腿肉半盒
  • 鸡蛋2个

Steps to make 日式蔬菜饭团

  • 1.冻蔬菜放入电饭煲锅中,如果没有冻蔬菜可以放一下自己喜欢的新鲜蔬菜切成小丁。然后放入黑胡椒。
  • 2.放入盐(根据自己口味 适量而行)不够的话可以等做熟了再放
  • 3.放入米,大约电饭煲自带的小杯 一杯半。
  • 4.米和水1:1.5
  • 5.放入番茄酱,如果喜欢吃可以多放一点 :)
  • 6.搅匀之后开始蒸饭
  • 7.等电饭锅跳档了之后放入火腿肉搅拌一下。并需要在保温模式下大约15-20分钟 让米更粘一些,
  • 8.在等待米饭的过程中可以摊鸡蛋了,两个鸡蛋打散放到平底锅中,不要放太多油,轻刷一层就好。
  • 9.摊好的鸡蛋切成大约一厘米宽的条。
  • 10.煮好的米饭放在一小张保鲜膜上 挤压成三角形(或者其他你喜欢的形状;))
