  • 2.鲫鱼倒入适量料酒腌制一会
  • 3.木瓜去皮去籽切块
  • 4.热锅倒油,放入鲫鱼煎至两面金黄
  • 5.倒入适量清水(冷水开水均可)大火烧开
  • 6.转入砂锅,放入葱姜和木瓜,红枣是我看到随手丢了5颗在里面的
  • 7.大火煮开十分钟钟,转小火煲40分钟
  • 8.放入适量盐继续煲10分钟即可
  • 9.汤甜甜的很好喝。
