Steps to make 紫苏蒸大闸蟹

  • 1.准备好食材
  • 2.大闸蟹放入清水浸泡一下,再用刷子刷净.
  • 3.取蒸锅,放入适量清水,放入姜,葱,黄酒,紫苏。
  • 4.洗好的大闸蟹去掉条形码,蟹肚朝上放入蒸锅
  • 5.隔水蒸15分钟左右,关火,焖3分钟取出,
  • 6.用姜丝,醋调成沾汁
  • 7.大闸蟹可以开吃啦!
