    • 1.看看原料吧
    • 2.五花肉洗净放入冷水锅,加入葱姜料酒,大料煮制。

    • 8.将切好的肉片码在盆里,浇上调好的腐乳汁,放葱姜大料。
    • 9.上蒸锅蒸制40分钟关火。
    • 10.将蒸好的肉片整齐码在盘里。
    • 11.将蒸出的原汤倒入锅中,勾芡 。
    • 12.将芡汁儿浇在扒肉上 即可。
