麻辣鸡丝

Steps to make 麻辣鸡丝

  • 1.干红辣椒切碎。
  • 2.葱切圈儿。
  • 3.蒜切末。
  • 4.葱白切小段,姜切片。
  • 5.把葱花,辣椒碎,蒜末放入小碗中,加入一勺辣椒粉,适量白芝麻。
  • 6.锅中放入适量清水,放入鸡胸肉,加入葱段,加入一勺料酒。
  • 7.烧开煮20分钟。
  • 8.捞出晾凉。
  • 9.用手撕成丝。
  • 10.花生米用微波炉中火加热两分钟,去皮切碎。
  • 11.把鸡丝和花生碎放入盆中。
  • 12.锅中放入适量植物油,爆香麻椒,捞出花椒不要。
  • 13.把花椒油浇到小碗中。
  • 14.在小碗中加入三勺生抽,两勺醋,一勺蚝油,半勺糖,少量盐,搅拌均匀。
  • 15.把搅拌好的调料汁倒入鸡丝中,搅拌均匀。
  • 16.成品图。
