  • 1.准备好所有食材
  • 2.带鱼洗净切大段,加料酒、食盐和鸡粉腌制2小时
  • 3.用厨房纸吸干水份
  • 4.双面扑层簿簿的生粉
  • 5.锅热倒入芥花油,煸香葱香后盛出
  • 6.放入带鱼块开中火
  • 7.煎制双面金黄
  • 8.倒入葱姜、温水加盖大火
  • 9.待卤汁煎干时倒入日式沙拉汁
  • 10.转大火收汁即可
  • 11.盛入碗中
