秋天的午后,阳光再也不那么的刺眼,泡上一杯茶,来一份精致的甜点,就这样平平淡淡,真真实实是多么惬意的生活啊。椰香奶酪条,这次被我加入了葡萄干和蔓越莓干和炒香的葵花籽仁使得饼底口感更加的酥香,整体口感风味独特,淡淡的椰香味恰到好处,甜而不腻使我越来越爱上这道精致茶点。

  • 奥利奥饼干130克
  • 奶油奶酪250克
  • 低粉40克
  • 黄油75克
  • 鸡蛋50克
  • 淡奶油30克
  • 白糖45克
  • 蔓越莓干50克
  • 葡萄干50克
  • 酸奶70克
  • 椰蓉7克
  • 熟葵花籽仁40克

Steps to make 椰香奶酪条

  • 1.准备好所有食材(把饼干擀成细碎末,黄油隔热水融化,鸡蛋打散,模具里面铺上油纸)
  • 2.先把饼干和瓜子仁混合倒入融化的黄油拌匀
  • 3.再倒入铺好油纸的模具里面轻轻压实压平
  • 4.奶油奶酪隔热水搅打至顺滑,加入白砂糖拌匀再分2次加入鸡蛋液,每一次搅拌均匀后再加
  • 5.分别加入淡奶油和酸奶每一次搅拌均匀后再加
  • 6.筛入低粉拌至无颗粒
  • 7.再把蔓越莓,葡萄干加入拌匀(烤箱上下火150度预热
  • 8.把拌匀的奶酪糊倒入模具里刮平后撒上椰蓉
  • 9.中层进入预热好的烤箱里45分钟出炉(上色后要加盖锡纸)
  • 10.时间到等凉透后脱模,进入冰箱冷藏过夜再切条食用味道最佳
