Steps to make 糖不甩

  • 1.花生烤箱烤熟或者用锅炒熟。
  • 2.花生芝麻料理机打成末。
  • 3.糯米粉加温水用筷子调成雪花状,和成面团。
  • 4.分成小剂子团成圆子。
  • 5.锅中加水烧开加入圆子,大火煮开转中火煮至圆子漂在水面上就成熟了,捞出放凉水中防止黏连。
  • 6.锅中加适量水加红糖明油,色拉油和玉米油都可以,不要有味道的油。烧开使红糖融化。
  • 7.加入圆子煮两分钟收汁。
  • 8.盛出撒芝麻花生碎,上桌了,香甜软糯。
