  • 1.锅中放少许橄榄油,放葱姜、干辣椒煎香。

  • 3.肠粉和水的比例为1:1.5。
  • 4.搅拌均匀。
  • 5.放少许橄榄油。
  • 6.摊凉皮的锣刷上油,倒入适量肠粉汁,放入蛋液、生菜、肉馅、香葱。
  • 7.放入开水锅中,盖上盖子。
  • 8.焖煮至起泡即可。
